"Rooms were spotless,all staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is surely something to behold all manner of sweet and savoury delights, the idlis were particularly good served with sambal and the dosas were delicious with a lovely fluffy potato fillings.I’ve never been away at Christmas time before,the Taj had a magnificent tree and presents in the foyer with Christmas lights.They even laid on a Christmas parade with Santa on a motorcycle!! Right from Sahil's help at check in, getting us settled in, to the tireless housekeeping staff (beyond just a spotless room, they'd even polish my friend's reading glasses every day), to Abhishek taking care of us every morning at breakfast (including special breakfast treats!) and finally Adil's amazingly informative heritage walk. The Taj truly knows how to delight their guests and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Mumbai."
