"Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful. Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely. Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny. The location is also great - close to good restaurants and major sites easily accessible. There is a convenient taxi stand just next door. "

When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. "How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn. The location is ideal easy to walk to charming ann Capri and the shuttle service and local transport helps with other places. We utilized the convenient the pick up and drop off shuttle service. Eat breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant too. The little cave like steam room was so cute. The hotel is well managed, and we hope to return someday."

"What really stood out at Regina Isabella was the service. The staff always remembered us and were so helpful and friendly. We loved laying out on the jetty and the food at the restaurant by the pool was some of the best we had during our stay. Breakfast was also incredible. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again! "
