"We had an excellent stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju. The property is beautiful, and our room offered stunning views of the grounds and the sea. We enjoyed watching surfers from our window and even witnessed an engagement proposal that felt straight out of a K-drama. The food in both the lounge and restaurants was excellent, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. There was a minor issue with the elevator during our stay, but hotel management addressed it promptly and made things right, which we greatly appreciated. One suggestion, not unique to this hotel, would be to install grab bars near the bathtub/shower area. Even with a non-slip mat, additional support would be helpful for senior guests. Overall, this is a beautiful Jeju property with outstanding service. As a K-drama fan, I especially loved the lobby, which reminded me of one of my favorite dramas. We would happily stay here again."

"Hotel was ok and the room was nice however the pool was half closed as was the water park and theme park. Definitely of note the water park charges extra for inner tubes and life jackets and requires everyone to wear life jackets in the wave pool and lazy river which is unusual."

"Beautiful property, but so expansive it makes more sense to drive to different areas. Room and apartment layout were great. One of my kids had a fever so they were flexible enough to let me get extra bedding for free for another kid so they could sleep separately and not get sick sleeping next to each other. Surprised by free admission tickets to the theme park nearby."

"The hotel is a bit dated and showing its age. For the price they don't include much with the room. Beds for the pool are extra cost. Basically everything is going to cost an extra fee. The breakfast was expensive and not worth the price. The hotel is very expensive and not worth the price. They seem to be obsessed with squeezing every penny out of every guest as much as possible. And we had to wait in line to check out. Not a great stay. The facilities are not so good that they live up to the price. The hotel could definitely use a remodel. We won't stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. We enjoyed the dinner buffet - large variety of food and all delicious. The live music/singer in the lounge was beautiful to listen to as you walk the halls or sit in the lounge to enjoy a meal or drinks. The outdoor area was gorgeous-nice pool and cabana surrounded by palm trees. It was convenient to have washer/dryers in the main area that all guests could use for free. This hotel was centrally located near many restaurants and local sites."
