"The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and everything it has to offer. What really stood out, though, was the service—especially from Rose. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by giving us food recommendations around the area. We ended up trying all of her suggestions, and every single place was amazing. It honestly made our trip even more memorable. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay and outstanding service made this hotel a great choice. I’d definitely recommend Hotel du LAC to anyone visiting Hanoi."

"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "
