Her exceptional service was truly commendable and made our stay stand out. Honestly, the service level here felt even superior to the 5-star Hotel de la Coupole we visited in Sapa. ​My spouse and I are already planning a return trip to Hanoi just to stay here again. "Everything was fine overall, except there was construction noise at night behind the hotel. The staff kindly upgraded us to a quieter, superior room. Make sure to request a room that does not face the construction area."

"Attending a conference, I somehow ended up with a double booking for my 3-night stay. Hotel recognized that at check-in and I was told they would inquire on what happened and what could be done. Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "
