Waited until my last day to inform me that they do not intend to refund me for double the charges. Whether this is property owner greed or poor management, this reflects very poorly on InterContinental. I intend to continue fighting the charges and I am outraged by the way I have been treated. "

"The staff are wonderful! Love the spa had a great Vietnamese massage there with Bon! The breakfast is great tons of option to choose! The room is very clean, though is very small for us. Shot out to Ryan at the lobby and Quan( butter), pretty helpful, nice and kind!"
