Our 6th floor room overlooking the street was amazing….spacious, comfortable, considerable storage space, good size vanity and bathroom. Housekeeping and turn down service was always prompt, courteous, and immaculate. The breakfast buffet was overflowing with fresh fruit, breads, eggs, meats, pastries, juices, coffee, and pots of tea. Breakfast staff were warm and welcoming, helpful, and obliging. All the staff (reception, concierge, bell hops, breakfast staff, housekeeping, bartenders) are professional, and obvious that they all enjoy working at the Avenida Palace. Staying at this hotel, surrounded by majestic rooms and surroundings,and service provided by professionals is a treasured experience!"
