"The Dip&Drops hotel was recommended by some of our friends. So we decided to spend our time in the mountains here. We were greeted by a very lovely and helpful staff. The architecture of the whole place is amazing (lots of open spaces, different textures and fairly modern). We even got the chance to watch the world cup on the sunny outside terrace. "Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...
