"The resort fee is very confusing. I researched this property before my stay. There were many comments on the resort fee including free drinks at their bar. When I asked about it, I wad told that the hotel lost their liquor license even thought they had a bar that was still in service. They said that we could enjoy sodas as a consolation. There was also a time that I inquired about their laundry room. The person at the front said the change machine was broken but they keep plenty of quarters at the desk. Later that day I decided to do my laundry. I went to the front desk and asked to get some change for a bill so I could do my laundry. They said they didnt have any quarters. When I tried to explain my interaction earlier thay day, she interrupted me and threw her hands up saying "we ran out, there's nothing we can do". I feel very grateful that the Land of Enchantment was truly enchanting because I still left my vacation completely happy with my overall time in New Mexico."

"There are cockroaches at this hotel. I was able to kill one in the room. My niece said that one ran on her face while she was sleeping. There were some in the hallway. I let the night staff know but I was told that since I booked through a third party, all they could do was send a housekeeper to clean up the roach and spray the room, which did not happen. If you don’t mind taking roaches home with you, you may like this hotel."

"Extremely clean room, very scenic, quiet, excellent location in my opinion, although it is north in part of Albuquerque. Absolutely gorgeous. There is a spa at this location. There’s golf course there is walking sidewalks extremely beautiful.!! finally come the staff very helpful, very nice."

"The owners need to do something about the curb by the handicap parking, I fell over it. Please fix it before someone else gets hurt."

"Make sure you call the hotel first cause I did not received a handy cap room said they didn’t have one according to the pictures for reserving and was not helpful due to having a little dog. Breakfast was okay but had better"

"Parking was easy but property was dirty. I placed maid service on door handle two day in a row without any service. Breakfast was non-existent, I tried to get coffee at 9:04 am and was told breakfast stop at 9:00 am so no coffee that morning. Hot water in shower would get cold. Lamp in room was not working. Stayed there in the past during reconstruction thinking that they will be upgrading the hotel but was wrong. I will never stay there again."
