"Everything was amazing, the kids club especially. I was hesitant to leave my 6 year old with anyone, but they were beyone fantastic with her. Overall the staff made our vacation amazing and went the extra mile! We would go back in a heart beat"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. All staff worked very hard to make guests enjoy their stay. Minor issues still existed but didn’t take away from the overall fun and enjoyment. Issues: 1) people from other Bahia resorts were all over our Akumal resort. Even on the beach they were all over, which made our section of the beach crowded and chairs taken. Same for pool and pool area. I didn’t pay attention if that’s the case for the buffet because then it’s not fair for us paying for luxury and having others enjoy the same level of service while paying less. 2) the TV in the room needs upgrade 3) the water was weak but we asked the reception and they fixed the issue 4) more shows as we only had 2 during our 6 nights 5) dessert section was very poor. Needs more quality options. Ice cream selection also. Would’ve been better if we had different selection. Otherwise it was amazing time especially at the adults only section for the hotel "

"Air con is set, changing is an illusion but it stayed cool enough. The property is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The accommodation was roomy, comfy, and clean. The food was good considering it’s an all inclusive. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this resort. "

"We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous. "

"Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. "

"I did not get to try out property amenities as we were out and about everyday. We slept very well as beds were comfortable. The property manager and owner were receptive and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone. There is a very secure checkin process at gate, and keep it very safe."

"We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."
