"Overall good experience. The staff are uneven in their capacity to provide service—many are very timid and not capable of proactively troubleshooting. With that said, it’s quite a nice facility and the staff are nice and doing their best. The room was quiet and clean. The bed comfortable and there were a good selection of pillows. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water daily. The breakfast bar was amazing but very pricey when I just eat a small breakfast now. For those looking for a full meal, you will be very pleased with the spread. The pool was very nice—the water was a bit cold but it was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"For positive, the staff members were extremely nice and hospitable, and that’s about it. The room was super hot. We were told that the temperature cannot be adjusted, and that we should open the window, which faced a bar that was noisy till 4am every night. Although the room was no smoking, the ventilation system brought in all the smoke from other rooms, which sometimes made it unbearable. "
