Sam at the pool is such a nice person - really helpful and always interesting to chat to, he’s also great at his job, keeping the pool spotless and bringing you drinks. The rooms are incredible, the restaurant has incredible breakfasts and service. Everything is faultless - would absolutely recommend to anyone!"

"I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately my experience was not satisfactory. The room condition was poor and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Bathroom towels were not changed during my stay, and the flush system in the bathroom was not working properly. Overall room maintenance was below average, and the service from the staff was also disappointing. Requests were not handled properly, and there was a lack of attention to guest comfort. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. "

"Staff were very welcoming. Hotel foyer opulent but so cosy. Food was nice but very western, not Arabic. Loved the fish dishes. Good location, opposite the beach, near the Aquarium, Maritime Museum and Sharjah gold souk. Liked that the pools had a canopy as it created some privacy. The spa was closed."
