"The property is conveniently located. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked. Very nice kitchen and living area. The bathroom is spacious. There is generous closet storage. However, parking is a nightmare since the property uses a contract service for valet services. My family had a total of three cars and each car was treated differently. My ar was the last to leave and my husband and I waited 30 minutes to get our vehicle even though it was listed as number 1 in the queue. Public parking may be difficult to find if there is an event downtown. Additionally, the street noice in the evening includes loud mufflers and loud music coming from the vehicles. Each room is equipped with a sound machine which helps with sleeping but it does nothing if you are trying to have a conversation or watch TV. Staff was friendly and helpful if you don't include valet services."
