Villa Proa is centrally located in the resort of Son Bou, offering stunning sea views. The sandy Son Bou Beach is less than a 5 minute drive away. A selection of bars and restaurants can be reached within a 20 minute walk or a few minutes by car. The villa’s swimming pool and gated terraces provide the perfect space to relax in the sun or enjoy an evening sundowner with spectacular views of the coastline. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Proa is well located in the charming area of Son Bou. The long, golden Son Bou Beach and surrounding sand dunes are less than a 5 minute drive or around a 20 minute walk from the villa, making it a stunning spot to watch spectacular sunsets. The area also offers a good selection of restaurants, bars and a mini market within walking distance. For trips further afield, the town of Alaior is a short drive away and hosts a weekly market and local tapas bars for an authentic Spanish experience. The historic harbour town of Ciutadella, with its beautiful architecture, cobblestone streets and traditional Menorcan boats, is also easily reached by car for a great day out.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
