On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room offers the perfect space for socialising, with a service toilet, while the complete kitchen meets all needs for home-cooked meals.

On the upper floor, the villa has two suites with double beds and private bathrooms with showers. There are also two rooms with individual beds, all with access to private balconies. An additional bathroom with a bathtub completes the space.

The property has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room, free Wi-Fi, and a safe, ensuring comfort and security.

Outside, the private garden includes a refreshing pool and furniture for relaxation. The outdoor dining area and BBQ are perfect for enjoying the climate. A ping pong table adds fun for all ages.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 

Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
