"The light, vent, microwave combo above stovetop did not work. The oven took several hours to heat up and didn't seem to ever reach a temperature of 350. The condo was clean and although old the furniture was comfortable. If you like extra firm mattress the beds would work for you. The view was great and the pool was fun. "

"The room was clean but the hotel itself is very rundown. Staff was very abrupt and not welcoming at check in. Carpet is peeling away from the floor in Room 106. The WiFi doesn’t seem to work and the Verizon signal in the hotel is spotty at best. Proceed with caution. "

"We love staying at this ocean front luxury home. The house is clean and comfortable, and the view is amazing!! We were so very fortunate to see some whales passing by while we were there, such an experience!!The kitchen is nicely equipped with practically everything you can think of, which is great for those that love to cook.We did have a toilet that had a problem, but the owner was quick to respond and the issue was solved the next day. Thankfully the house is well planned out and there are 4 bathrooms, so it was a minor inconvenience.This is our second year here, we took a vote and decided to make this our permanent retreat home after trying several locations over 15 years.Thank you to Sandy for making us feel at home."

"The home was at a very good location and not a far walk to the beach. It is in need of several repairs and organization. An hour before we started our long drive to get to the home, we were informed that the fireplace and washing machine were out of service. This was unfortunate since laundry was definitely a need for a three day stay for us. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs, but poop scooping was a challenge since the yard was a mess and overgrown. There were chemicals on the deck, grates in the back yard and exposed openings with yard tools left around. The hot tub was a reason we chose this home. The filter cover was exposed/missing/broken. The upstairs toilet kept running all night, many lights were burned out in the kitchen, the blinds in one of the upstairs rooms was partially missing or broken off making it impossible to have total privacy while using the bedroom. One of our guests found a pill in her bedding making her wonder if the linen had even been changed or washed. I was told that I would be receiving a partial reimbursement for the washer and fireplace inconvenience, but have not heard anything back. I do not recommend renting this home until some maintenance is completed."
