"Very modern hotel! Rooms were clean, comfy, and spacious, and staff was polite and helpful. Location is pretty convenient as well, we were able to walk to the bazaar and Arbat street. Easy access to pharmacies and “corner” markets as well! And if you need to take a taxi there’s a dedicated turn off so you don’t have to wait on a curb"

"The hotel is under major renovation. Lights in bathroom weren’t working. New fridge was not plugged in and did not function after plugging in. Dust, construction crews everywhere. Maybe i missed information about renovation activities at Expedia site????"

I booked this apartment a week in advance, but on the day of check-in, at around 5 pm, I was suddenly told that they were overbooked and that my apartment was no longer available. The worst part is that I was the one who contacted them asking for check-in instructions.
