"Our room was clean except the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped before our stay. We said something to the front desk about it and housekeeping came by and gave us fresh towels-not what we asked for. Other than the floor, it wasn’t a bad stay."

"My room was clean. Check in was fine, and the receptionist was pleasant. I didn’t use any amenities as the pool and spa were unavailable at the time. For the price it was fine. Don't expect front desk staff to go out of their way for you: the phone was not answered when I called the front desk and when I asked for a place to print pages I was just told no, I "just need to look it up baby doll" (I'm 50 years old). When I asked to mail a postcard I was also told no. Not "theres a mailbox..." just no. I've worked in the hospitality industry, and this isn't the response I was trained to give. Cleaning and breakfast staff were outgoing, friendly and pleasant. Despite having loads of laundry one lady asked how my day sightseeing went. I appreciated that. Other people definitely seemed like repeat guests so there's that. "

"I was fown there for a vacation, to get away from work and buisiness. Yet upon arrival, was "lured" into another office for a time share sales pitch. How dare you. Im on vacation, not a buisiness transaction. It was in poor taste and very tacky. The room was nice but the dishwasher had rotten food on plates from the previous guests. Was also given room cards to a room that was occupied. I could have walked out with another guests possessions or walked in on someone showering. This is basics of the hospitality industry. And then you want me to buy a time share? Capital Vacations: get your act together. You want to impress someone into a time share, give them the right room. Pool was closed as well and according to the website, they are "working with the city" translation: guess who failed safety codes."
