"Well we had no shower head on our shower but as soon as I called down they came and fixed it. I think that should have been something that would have been checked when the room was cleaned last. Housekeeping was dependable on bringing us new towels in the evening. Breakfast was good, but could use a little more choices. Room was very clean, beds and pillows were nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay."

"If you’re looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay in Gatlinburg, this is the place! It’s an older hotel but very clean! We sat out on the balcony every night listening to the creek below. One night, we observed a bear walking along creek doing his thing. I would definitely recommend this place. Close to town and walking distance to many shops and restaurants."

"Overall a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Definitely could use a updated renovation but was very clean. We stayed 4 nights on the courtside. It was quiet except for the barking dogs. We didn't like that we had to walk across the street to get to the hot tub/indoor pool. So the next stay will be creekside which would place us at the bigger outside pool and hot tub. We didn't like that we had no microwave in our room but had to walk downstairs to the " common area" which did have 2 vending machines, washer/dryer and microwave. But overall was a pleasant stay. And the weather was awesome 😎"

"This was a peaceful retreat from all the hustle and bustle of downtown and the views from the balcony were great . You are overlooking one of the biggest mountains there. Also I loved that they had young gentlemen playing piano on Saturday morning! It really filled hotel with so much joy . You could have breakfast downstairs with live music. He was excellent ! Also room service if you dont want to fight for any reservations anywhere else. This place is a gem. Highly recommend!"

"The resort was very clean and well maintained. I love the ambience of the pool area, especially at night with the double fire pits. Breakfast at the Embassy suites is always a treat. I especially love the made to order omelettes and egg. Happy hour drinks were an added surprise."
