"Earlier I commented on the superb handling of my checkin upon my arrival. Erik at the check-in counter was very accommodating on my situation requesting for a room close to the elevator, due to a foot surgery I received a few days earlier limiting my foot movement during my stay this weekend. For his actions I was very appreciative, with the very reason I will continue to come back to the Shangrila In Makati. Thank you"

"Great experience, very accommodating, everyone is so polite and respectful, food is so good and fresh, coffee is one of my favorite not just one boring choice but several kind of coffee. Pool is nice and kids friendly. I definitely want to go back and also recommend to friends and family."

"Great location to airport and malls. Nice amenities and restaurant. Poor front desk check in, long line up, only 3 desks open. Don't depend on the airport shuttle. Booked the hotel baseon location and shuttle se. Told no problem for a 6pm. When downtown confirm, sorry, its full. You can go 3 hrs early or cab it. Not professional and def not guest centered."
