One of the best places that I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!!!! Would definitely recommend this place ! The size of my room was nice and cozy.

Fantastic hotel. I was blown away by the view. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bed came with a built in heater in case it got too cold. Bed was also very comfy. Free breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Only downside is getting to the hotel is a bit off the beaten path. Overall would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Chine. This is an exceptional hotel on all fronts. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite with Tatami room and incredible views across Sun Moon Lake from our terrace. Our kids had a blast in the pools and with the many activities. The location right on Sun Moon Lake allowed for some great walks around the lake and hikes through the surrounding forest. The staff were also incredible from check in to check out and always took the time to prioritize guests....

Wonderful place to stay near the Sun Moon Lake bus stop. The host Sonia was absolutely great. She helped us get situated and gave suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The breakfasts and afternoon teas were delicious works of art. Would definitely stay here again!

This wonderfully charming hotel has way more to offer than simply a unique architecture. The dinner (which is included in the price) is top quality European fare that would be impressive even in the finest Taipei restaurants. My dad and I had a very pleasant stay at Sun Moon Inn thanks to the hostess Nisa. Check-in was smooth and she gave us very thorough tips to explore around the area and helped plan our itinerary. She told us about a secret spot that not too many tourists knew about, where you can see the lake from above. The view was more splendid than from the tram! Her place has a minimalist and elegant style compared to other more tacky hotels in Sun Moon Lake. It was very convenient to walk (barely 5 minutes)...

Visited June 2023, overall great experience. Good location, nice room with modern amenities (plenty of outlets/USBs, fancy toilet, shower + bathtub). We had a city view room, so did not get pretty view of lake, but public spaces like the lobby and dining area have fantastic lake views. Parking is at local Zhongxing Parking Lot (中興停車場), less than 5 min walking. Free parking from 12 noon to following day 12 noon. Times outside 12 to 12 will be at your own expense at 40 NTD/hr. I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !

The hotel has a more B&B feel and is certainly the best part of my trip apart from Sun Moon lake itself in Nantou. The decor is well though and brownie points for the bathroom. Everything looks luxurious and thoughtful. Room was large and equipped with everything what one needs. The location is near perfect, as one can see the distant lake right from the window (if you select Lake view). Its not far, and yet not very near. The last, but definitely the best part was the experience with the hotel...

Staff Lin (林) was very wonderful and helpful. Mr Lin provided us all assistance beyond we expected. He was warm and friendly. He guided us for car parking with a nice ride😃, my first motorcycle ride👍 He helped us unloading our luggages and introduced the areas with delicious local food. He made our trip in a great memory. We would like thank him and wish him the best.
