Air conditioning does not work.

I stayed here for 2 nights in June. The room was stiflingly hot when I arrived, and although there was an air conditioning unit in the room, it was completely useless even when the thermostat was set to the lowest temperature and the fan set at the highest speed. The settings had been removed from the air conditioning unit itself, presumably to save on energy bills from people wanting a comfortable temperature in the room on summer nights. So I ended up having to open the window all the way and prop the door open for hours just to allow some cooler evening air in, to give me a chance of getting to sleep. In addition to the air conditioning not working, the vending machine also was out of order. In order to access the WiFi, I had to go to reception to have the receptionist validate my credentials on my phone. This is my first time ever having to do this at a hotel. Positives are that it is low cost and has flexible cancellation. Just as well, as I was booked in to stay at another PremiĂšre Classe on my next stop, which I decided to cancel.

Accueil trĂšs sympathique s'efforçant de palier la vĂ©tustĂ© *des lieux . *Éclairage tĂȘte de lit hors d'usage , Chasse d'eau capricieuse , Porte de la salle de douche difficile Ă  fermer , TĂ©lĂ©vision qui ne fonctionne pas sauf qu'elle s'est allumĂ©e toute seule en plein milieu de la nuit ! En revanche , pour un prix trĂšs raisonnable , il y a plutĂŽt un assez bon choix de propositions pour le petit dĂ©jeuner .

Réservation de 4 nuits pour nos poseurs du 01/06 au 05/06, visite de 2 chambres pas propre et avec portes des sanitaires qui ne ferment pas, le gérant dis à nos poseurs de partir si ils ne sont pas content et qu'il nous remboursera le séjour. A ce jour nous se sommes pas remboursé et avons due trouver une alternative dans la précipitation. Nous attendons le remboursement au plus tÎt

Les chambres sont trĂšs sales avec des petites bĂ©bĂȘtes qui viennent nous ennuyer la nuit. De plus l hĂŽtel indique la climatisation en effet les appareils sont dans la chambre mais ne fonctionne pas du tout. Pour les petits dĂ©jeuners le prix est exorbitant et pas du tout pareil que les photos qu ils nous montrent. La nuit Ă©tait un cauchemar sans nom. Je vous le dĂ©conseille fortement

RĂ©servation faite pour une chambre avec un grand lit, car dans le choix des options, soit trois lits ou deux lits ou un grand lit. Nous prĂ©fĂ©rons un grand lit pour ne pas se cogner la tĂȘte avec celui superposĂ©. Il nous est donnĂ© une chambre avec trois lits, bof, bof. L'hĂŽtel est trĂšs vĂ©tuste et mal entretenu, cependant relativement propre. Loe monsieur Ă  l'accueil fait son possible. Il serait bon de spĂ©cifier que les serviettes ne sont pas changĂ©es et que les chambre ne sont pas faites entre deux nuits.
