"We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. "The breakfast was terrible. We were told on arrival that a continental breakfast was only available. If a European guest was offered this meal, they would have truly insulted as we were .when we used this hotel last year, we had a full English breakfast which was very good. The food standards now are appalling."
