"Room was clean and staff were great nothing was a problem. Breakfast was tasty and everything clean and tidy with enough staff to handle the demand. Not complaints these but: 1. Car park is very tight with large vans That take more than 1 space in main car park would suggest these vehicles directed to the gravel over spill. 2. Room 321 safe does not work"

"The staff were exceptionally helpful. There was a slight heating issue which they sorted very quickly. The hotel is clean, but a bit old fashioned in décor, the bathrooms are modern though. Breakfast is worth the extra. The free parking is a bonus."

"It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. The toilet was a little cramped between the wall and the shower but otherwise the bathroom was fine. The room heating worked well. The room was cozy with carpeting and a rug. The mattress was comfortable. The TV was easy to use. There were two comfortable chairs in front of the TV and I had coffee, tea and a kettle in the room. Overall, I was very happy with the stay, the cleanliness and the service. "
