The breakfast location offers a broad menu with a panoramic view of the city; room was clean and well appointed complete with the automated toilet as you would expect in Japan. "

"Hotel was great, location was great and staff were very accommodating and helpful when needed. Only thing is if your a tall person it’s hard to fit in the toilet as it’s quiet small room. Other than that we loved our stay"

"The view from our room was fantastic. The brunch menu offered a wide variety of food choices and the food was fresh. The shop downstairs offered drinks and snacks, and the cafe in the lobby was a nice place to relax and have a cup of tea. The bar lounge was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The luggage storage made later check-ins and later departure to the airports convenient. We were able to continue enjoying the area without having to drag luggage along until it was time to leave. We did not know about the laundry service. That would have been nice to know as we just disembarked off a two week cruise wita suitcase full of laundry needing to be washed. "
