Perfection in Athens

The property was beautiful ,basically brand new very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Great location with easy access to Uga and downtown. We were in town for parents weekend and stayed with a couple of parents and we had our kids over on Saturday for brunch we had a great time.

Wonderful house!

My daughter’s bridesmaids stayed in this home for the weekend of the wedding in Athens. It worked perfectly for them to be comfortable, get their hair and make up done and just enjoy time together. Plenty of bathrooms and space for nine women!

The house was fantastic, very clean, and spacious - feels brand new. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glassware, and complimentary coffee. The host is great and responsive as well. We rented this house for our daughter’s wedding weekend as a place to gather before and after activities. We had our 2 young grandchildren and 8 adults. There was plenty of place for everyone. 2024 women’s swim and dive NCAA’s

We had an amazing stay, the house was absolutely beautiful had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was in a great location for going to and from University of Georgia, swimming pool, multiple times a day and close to easy shopping and fun restaurants. Our house was incredibly kind and allowed us to host the swimmers and their families for an end of the meet dinner. They were incredibly appreciative and all commented what a fabulous house it was. Had a wonderful experience for our first time in Athens.
