Well worth £14 to add on. Staff were friendly, although I overheard a female staff member from reception talk to a male colleague very very abruptly as if telling him off, when we were in the seated area by reception. I was taken aback as she didn’t seem to bother that she was talking loudly and treating him badly in front of others. It made me sad for the staff member on the receiving end, but we still had a good stay. "
