"Im a gold member and the desk clerk Loran was not nice at all. I know I booked through a 3rd party but that was bc it was last minute. She didnt speak, she kept coughing not covering her mouth or apologizing I asked her about the bottled water she said its for honors members. I said I was. She got an attitude and advised bc I did 3rd party I wasnt privileged to get. I advised ive done 3rd party before an was able to get it . I get it, even though I never heard that before but she didnt have to be rude and blow me off. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her when I first walked up.
