- Llanfyllin House was built as a wedding gift for the daughter of a prominent local businessman & politician in the late 1800's, and this beautiful 3 bedroom villa reflects the prosperity of goldrush good fortune.
Located 90 minutes from Melbourne, the residence is centrally located to all of Ballarat's major tourist attractions, vibrant food & wine scene and is surrounded by parks & nature walks. Llanfyllin House remains largely as it was when originally built and has been painstakingly furnished true to the era, providing guests an immersive, historic Ballarat experience - right down to the chickens in the backyard.
