"Really clean, conveniently located. It took 8 minutes to get hot water for the shower and the room is very exposed to street noise. Lovely staff. Overall great value for money but I’d bring earplugs next time! "

"Unsure...THE HILTON HOTEL cancelled reservations for 4 nights as a no show first night when stuck in the air en route on a plane. Trying calling hotel when landing in another city to advise. No one answered the phone. When I spoke to the manager the next morning, I learned they had cancelled entire stay, told me my paid room was gone and to contact expedia. They offered absolutely no help on the matter and they were going to keep the entire paid amount when we were proceeding to this HILTON HOTEL!!!"

"I will admit that my expectations were mediocre for this hotel, and they continually surprised me. Every single staff member I interacted with was so professional and genuinely helpful. You can tell there’s a strong management presence on the ground floor. Very customer service oriented. The hotel is refreshed and clean. It’s got a Starbucks in the lobby and the little restaurant they have there had a fantastic, like really really really fantastic buffet. I also had another meal there and it was also really actually good. And wasn’t outrageously expensive either. Parking was also easy and accommodating. I use the pool facility as well and it was incredibly clean. Same with the gym. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming through town. "
