We had a group of girls join us for a fun weekend in the mountains. Upon arriving, they immediately loved exploring the different levels of the cabin and picking out their rooms! I agree with the reviewer who commented about some things in the home not being “up to date” (like what you would find in an older home vs a newer construction) but we found it to be charming. The pictures are very honest about that and it did not impact our stay negatively at all. I really appreciated how huge the house was, the hot tub, the privacy, and the views. Would stay here again!!
The house is in the best location!! Right beside the ski lifts! The house was nice and clean. It was super cold while we were there. The first and second floor were really cold. I would recommend space heaters for 1st and 2nd floors. The kitchen also needs dish towels. Overall it was a good experience. You will not find a better location for ski in ski out.
This house was perfect for our big group of snowboarders and skiers. We've been coming to beach for five years and this is hands down the best location we've stayed at. A true ski in/ski out location and walking distance to food and shops, and spacious parking for our three big vehicles (a rarity on the mountain). It was incredible to be able to finish up the day on the mountain and be able to get in the hot tub or sauna. Communication with the property manager was very efficient and she was able to fix anything we messaged them about. If you're debating on booking this house, do it 100%! I'm already planning to rebook this same house for next January!
Great location. Right by lift 1 which was very convenient for skiing in/out. Had a great view of slopes for watching the action. Location a d views are why we rated 4 stars. House was older but clean. Could definitely use some updating. Some furniture was new but some was old and very worn out. A tv was broken and back of couch was in process of breaking. Appliances also need updating. Would be nice to have Instructions on how the heating system worked because it was very confusing to figure out since not a central system. Sauna and hot tub were great! Company came and serviced hot tub while we were there and said they check it every few days to make sure it stays clean.
The cabin is old. cleaning is poor in room. Not enough amenities.

House was okay
The location and the # of beds is the only thing that would bring me back to this property. I'm not into luxury but this place was really outdated. Wall to wall carpet, many pieces of furn broken, outlets not working, sliding doors not working, screens off doors. Just needs a complete reno BUT it was clean and worked for what we needed. It had places to sleep everywhere. Could not get any house closer to the lift.

ROACHES
Roach infestation, broken jacuzzi, stinking refrigerator... stayed one of two planned nights, and didn't even sleep that night due to roaches in the kitchen and refrigerator. Only a small refund given. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE... Vacasa should be ashamed!
The property was dated. The kitchen cabinets were in bad shape. Cabinet trim was coming off in many places. The refrigerator had a very strong fish smell. So bad that we spent 1 hour cleaning it out before we put groceries in it. The jacuzzi didn't work and was dirty inside. Spoke with management about jacuzzi but they couldn't get it fixed. They gave us back the jacuzzi depost of 33.00.The ABSOLUTE worst part is the roach infestation we found in the kitchen. We initially didn't see them when we arrived... but about 12:30 am when my daughter went to get some drink out of the fridge... we found them. They were big, little, and all sized between. Pictures will be posted below. Needless to say no one slept the rest of the night. We packed up all of the prepackaged food and threw away the rest. We left earlier the next morning and didn't stay the next night as planned. This totally ruined our weekend and.left me trying to find another house to sleep 12 people on very short notice. We will never stay at this property again and will never use Vacasa again. They agreed to only refund us the cleaning fee of 240.00. PATHETIC!!!So it seems it won't let me post pics... go figure.
All in all we were happy with our stay. We stayed here for the access to the slopes. Which was fantastic. The house was old but clean. Plenty of beds for more than one family LOTS of beds in the Lower bunk room. The master bedroom needs black out curtains, the lift and slope lights are super bright all night long. Sauna was great, hot tub was great, the hot tub was cold when we got there but someone was sent out to solve that. The most frustrating thing was communication. I tried to get ahold of someone prior to check in and nobody responded. I received messages from VRBO and Vacasa. I sent 5 messages to Vacasa NEVER got a response. I sent 5 messages to VRBO before I received a "sorry for the delay" message. Nobody wanted to deal with any concerns or questions until we had arrived. At which point I did receive responses. That was extremely frustrating. Other rentals have much better communication. As far as the house goes, we'd stay again. However, I'll explore other places because of communication prior to stay.
