"This hotel is in a Great location in the Gothic Quarter, very close to Barcelona's magnificent Cathedral. It is steps from the History Museum, and even has exposed Roman ruins right on its premises! The staff were all very nice & helpful, the shower was good, and housekeeping was fine. The downside is that the rooms are Very Small. We had a Triple, but it is really not big enough for 3 people. Our luggage didn't even fit in the room - we had to step over each other's bags to get into bed. Also, there are not enough outlets for even basic electronics (1 laptop & 1 phone each) and the internet is terrible. We ended up just using a hotspot off our cell phones. I don't know if these problems are common in the old Gothic Quarter, but you should know about these limitations if you need your laptop and a little elbow room."

"Oh Barcelona you have spoiled us! The hotel itself is like a hidden gem. Located in the Gothic quarters we were so close to the the Plaza Reial. We walked to the beach and back. We didnt get to try their breakfast but there are stores located nearby with many food options. The staff was so informative and helpful and even provided coupons to certain restaurants. The bar was so chic and the bartender was knowledgeable and even made a drink that wasn't included in the menu. There is a Mexican bar not far the hotel which is also delicious. The room was on the smaller side but very comfortable and clean."

"A very nice, really well located hotel. The hotel itself is within easy walking distance of some of the more popular areas of Barcelona . Staff were very friendly and we had nothing but good interactions with them. The room was spacious and the room we got had a balcony which I very much appreciated although there isn't much of a view. Breakfast was adequate with a mostly continental spread with a few hot items. My only complaint is that the rooms aren't very sound proof and the curtains were very thin so not ideal if you are a light sleeper as you will be woken by a mix of the sun and people moving around for breakfast early in the morning."
