"We had a wonderful time. The property is cozy and truly beautiful. What a view!! We appreciated the ease of access with the use of the key code. It was very cool to have a telescope we could use to view the birds and boats. Our only issues, which were minor, were our concern that we were unable to reach the owners via email with a courtesy report regarding damage we found upon entry, and we also found old food particles in the sink as well as a piece of broken glass on the kitchen floor. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay, were very comfy, and will consider staying here again in the future for sure!"

"Lovely property with terrific views of marshland, birds, water. We paddled with a provided kayak, biked with furnished bikes, and spent many happy hours on the back deck. Very helpful host, nicely designed house - everything super-clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely house. Great views, great location. Comfortable rooms very clean.However, two smoke detectors chirping as we entered, no propane for the bar Que, the tv in main room non-functional and, with only two working TVs in bedrooms, obvious wear and tear stained carpets, missing cabinet pulls, towel rods pulled off wall, broken shades. House needs TLC after a year of rentals. We arrived to serious toilet leak which the host took care of immediately. These things seem to be problems with management company. "

"A lovely long weekend celebrating my 40th birthday!The house was fantastic.We cooked 2 big family meals with a kitchen that had everything we needed.Every bedroom was stunning and comfortable.We utilized the main top floor and rooftop for all our gathering needs.We enjoyed walking to the beach, having drinks at BigChill, and driving into the Bethany Beach area.We only wished our weekend could have lasted longer!We’ll be back for sure!!"
