"I had to wash comforter on master bed as the underside had vomit on it. I washed it so we would have a cover. Carpets could use a cleaning as well as the chairs in livingroom. They had food or something white around the top edges. It was peaceful and close to what we wanted. Outside chairs were a little dry rotted so be cautious, you may go thru one."

"Host(Neal) was very friendly and helpful. House was exactly as advertised. It was nice to have two of everything since they were two complete “apartments.” Very nice to be so close to the beach. Based on recommendations from Neal, we did rent a golf cart and went on many trips as far away as Cherry Grove. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend his property to others."
