"The hotel was spotless and the staff really helpful. The food was good, we both had steak which was tender and delicious. The only down side was that there were no drawers in the room to put clothes, lots of hanging space but nowhere for undies etc."

"Fabulous stay. We booked 3 rooms, for an overnight family celebration trip. We truly loved this hotel wished we could stay longer ;) Large clean bright n airy rooms, Ritual toiletries, high spec TV, friendly and welcoming reception team. FABULOUS hot and cold offers at breakfast to suit all tastes, constantly topped up by the proud chef! Only downside small car park. However, we'd definitely stay again. It was one of my favourite hotels, great location for city shopping too!"

"First time staying here. We were a bit dubious as we drove up because from the outside it looked dated and there were extensive ground works taking place in the car park. We were pleasantly surprised on entering the hotel. It was very modern and smartly decorated/furnished and the staff very helpful at check in. The room was large and very comfortably furnished. The bathroom was very clean and had a large walk in shower. Breakfast next morning was great with a large selection of hot and cold options, and the dining room looked out onto a delightfully landscaped garden/seating area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again"

"Excellent 3 night stay the room was very spacious a little dated but spotlessy clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also large and spotless with bath and over shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. The big bonus was being allowed to park my car early on the check-in day and check in later. Absolutely fantastic service. Many thanks. Will definitely consider using again even Harrogate"
