With free parking, a dedicated workspace and WIFI throughout this apartment is a great option for leisure and business travellers alike. No pets allowed. No parties. No smoking.
We have provided rubbish bags inside the property for your use and waste should be disposed of in the communal bins outside.
This property is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Please DO NOT light candles or any other items that may cause a fire.
When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked. Please keep the keys to the property safe, if you lose them or lock them in the property as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable.
In the event of a fire, guests should make their way to the communal area and make their way to the front door of the property. In the event guests cannot make their way to the front door please keep the doors closed and call for help. Please call 999 and ask for Fire services and quote 1A Lune Grove, Blackpool Please note the importance of closing doors at night to protect the escape routes of the house.
Vacating the property: Please return the keys to the key safe box, remembering to scramble the numbers.

The cleaning team will need to gain access after your departure and if the keys have been posted they will be required to wait for a spare to be delivered, which may take some time. This may impact the next guest's arrival.
We ask that you please vacate the property by 10am as the cleaner will arrive shortly after to ready the property for the next guests. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £20 per hour and will be deducted from your security deposit Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible, including disposing of all perishables in the outside bin.
