"The hotel is in an excellent location close to all Newcastle has to offer. Throughout our stay staff were kind, helpful and seemed happy to greet their guests. The room was comfortable and well maintained by cleaning staff with good quality toiletries. Coffee, tea, biscuits and cartons of water were replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a large menu of cooked to order items which were well presented and of good quality. Breakfast staff worked extremley hard replenishing, clearing tables and bringing hot food to their guests. All staff were friendly and polite."

"Stayed at this hotel as it is close to the Tyne Theatre. We had a lovely, spacious, comfortable, clean room. All the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Gina who served breakfast. The breakfast menu is incredible with a wide selection of choices. to suit all tastes. We would definitely stay here again."

"Perfect, functional location. Had a very early flight next day . Hotel perfectly situated, dropped off luggage ( and wife) then parked in long stay car park . Up and out by 4am after great night's sleep invery comfy room. Would definitely stay again ."
