Now rented by Herdman Hospitality, this 3-bedroom (king, 2 queens, pull-out), 2 full bathroom cottage, fully equipped with modern amenities like a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, and an outdoor shower, linens and beach basics. Offers direct beach access and in town, 3-5 mins from the ferry. Accommodates up to 8. Free Parking. Pet friendly.



The Space:

The first floor has a full kitchen with dining room table and all kitchen basics. There is also a full bathroom and living room with a pull out couch. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. 2 are queen beds and one is a king bed with en suite full bathroom and access to a small balcony.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the cottage via 2 doors that are ground level off of the parking lot.



The Neighborhood:

Sherman Cottage is right downtown in Old Harbor. There is direct beach access to the Baby Beach area of Crescent Beach. The Old Harbor ferry dock is only about a 5 min walk. A majority of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. New Harbor is a 15-20 minute walk.



Getting Around:

Most necessities are within walking distance. Taxis, mopeds, and bikes are available to rent in town in the summer and shoulder seasons.



Other Things to Note:

All linens, bath towels, and toiletry basics are provided. There are beach chairs and towels available for the number of people that the unit accommodates.
