"The lobby was very nice and full of character, though you can tell the building is older. The windows were a bit drafty and didn’t provide much soundproofing. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows were extremely flat. Noise was an issue — you could clearly hear doors slamming from neighboring rooms. That said, for a short stay it was fine, and the location was excellent, with easy access to Times Square and Grand Central Station."

"Hotel was very busy but it was expected since it was New years weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Times Square, broadway shows, Central Park and Rockefeller Center all within walking distance."

"The room was very very dirty. There’s dust and trash everywhere. Just beware it’s dirty. Found a bandaid stuck on the wall on top of the headboard and many other just unsanitary things around the room. Wish I could get a refund. Staff is okay but dont stay here. "

"No ice bucket but had ice machines. No mini fridge. No complimentary coffee. No washcloths. No luggage rack. No glasses, plastic or otherwise. No coffee maker. Basic room with tv. "
