5 minute walk to commuter boat/ferry to Boston, Ma/Logan airport. Ferry ride is 15-30 minutes depending if boat is direct to Boston, MA or stops at Logan or Hingham. Please check ferry schedule as it changes to weekday only in the off season. The house is 28 miles south of Boston.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 11am Please turn lights & heat off. Clean dishes and kitchen items should be returned to cabinets and drawers. Please be sure Yale pad is plugged in for the lock when you leave.
Please put dirty towels and used sheets in hampers
Remove all trash/food from cabinets and fridge and put in STAR cans in driveway. (Yellow is for recyclables) Trash collection is on Tuesdays so it may be best to put out Monday night.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Nice cottage like home. We stayed here in 2023 and 2026 for tue marathon. Ferry is close and this works perfectly for the marathon. The ferries do not run on the weekends in the winter.
