"The ONLY negative thing I had to say was that I hated having to leave the building, just to go to the lobby LOL. Overall, it was a lovely place, staff were helpful and chill. We appreciated how hot the showers got too and how cozy the rooms were. Also being fairly close to the national parks was a plus."

"We stayed back in May of this year and loved it so much we went back! This time, our tub had not been cleaned in it, or around it. The door to the deck was filthy. It was disappointing."

"Was a great place to stay"

"We had an excellent stay on Halloween night. Our first impression upon entering the room was a bit off-putting -- the chair cover is very torn and the curtain is dirty on the bottom and the lining torn a bit too. Later, we found out that the sink (in room 318) wouldn't drain. I wish there was a shower cap. These things didn't affect our stay negatively however. The chair was comfortable, the curtain kept out the light, the sink drained eventually. The doors and furniture are beautiful. The...

"The bed sheets had stains on there."

"The property was amazing and definitely felt more 5 star than 3 star. Impeccably furnished in an utterly delightful style. We would highly recommend"

"I stay here a lot but notice rooms and property are not as clean as they used to be."

"The hotel is located beside the river and a walking path which was the view from our window. It was lovely. The breakfast was hot and yummy. In addition we could open our window and allow in a bit of fresh mountain air which is great for smell sensitive people."

"Stayed in room 103 for a night as we were transiting through Revelstoke. Amenities are great, Rocky Mountain House soap, shampoo, conditioner. Ear plugs and cookie provided as a welcome treat. Hair dryer available (mesh has a bit of dust which could be cleaned out), towels were clean, bed was comfortable, wall hooks and luggage rack to help keep items off the floor. Location is near the highway, gas station, 24 hours McDonald’s. Cons: cold draft from the front door as the door is not fully...

"The lighting in the room was not sufficient. The room was dark and could have used a floor lamp. The walls are painted black with dark carpets so the room felt like a cave. The bathroom lighting was not good as well. Pretty tough to put make-up on in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was sufficient."

"The two bedroom queen suite was absolutely amazing. So spacious with a large kitchen and living area. A tv in all rooms was unexpected but definitely nice to have. Definitely worth the price"

"This property is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I hesitate to give it such a good review as I would like to keep this hidden gem a secret. The hotel is very small and intimate. Only 15 rooms (I think). The common area to hang out in is so relaxing and inviting. Cozy wood burning fireplace, complimentary beverages and snacks, game boards, TV, blankets, etc, etc. I would not hesitate to book this place again and can’t wait to go back. It’s also a super easy drive to get...

"Amazing location along the Kicking Horse River and in great proximity to restaurants and pubs."
