"The hotel has such potential but the care of the property left me disappointed. I booked the room for two people, however they only provided towels for one person. Each day I had to ask the housekeeper for a second set of towels. I was required to pay a $35 daily usage fee to cover wifi and a pastry and coffee each morning from the cafe. However you were only allowed one pastry and one coffee despite the fact there were two people in the room. It was very awkward and felt "cheap". The entry light to the room was burnt out and I had to request it to be replaced. The most concerning was the fact the deadbolt to the room was broken. The staff said it would be fixed the day I reported it, however it remained non-functioning for my entire stay. The location was great and the building itself nice, but the management needs to step up to provide a better and safer experience for their guests."
