Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The check in process was okay , However I was heavily disappointed that the room I reserved was not honored, I was given a completely different apt that was way smaller. I reserved a stay for 2 weeks, traveled out of the country just to be handed something I did not pay for. The management would not give me my money back or be transferred. The person who was helping me was basically told me that it was not their fault and there was nothing I could do, leaving me without a choice but to stay. The housekeeping was not great, there was a lot of dust, we were given 2 towels, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 small trash bag, 1 small packet of shampoo/conditioner throughout our entire stay without any type of assistance. Communication was non existent after I expressed my disappointment. We had to figure everything out and buy things to use to be able to keep up with the apt. The toaster did not work, the clothing board was broken. The location of this apt was the only convenient thing, near many locations, attractions and grocery stores. But other than that I would not return to lease again. I still haven’t received my deposit after several attempts. I have everything documented. I would recommend to lease elsewhere unless you want a headache. So unprofessional
