"We liked everything about the hotel. The only possible thing we were not too keen on was that the breakfast room was a little on the small side and we felt a bit cramped in there. Otherwise - full marks!"

"Much better than we expected. Very comfortable and functional room and bathroom. Plenty of space too and loads of parking. The separate pub//restaurant was a fantastic facility and a great base to explore then many things to do around Nottingham. Thanks for a great stay"

"From the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...
"It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites.
The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen.
Will definitely come again."

"Pleasant and friendly staff. Right in the city centre, very convenient to explore the city. Property itself is clean, comfortable. The noise from Rock City is unavoidable as it’s literally next door but it’s not bothersome as some reviewers described, it gives an atmosphere/ vibe to the property being bang on in the city centre"

However, the location after a business day is ideal and so many personal touches, including a welcome label on the door personal to you! Everything self contained and so comfortable, wanted to take the large mattress home! Iron 4 poster bed, kitchenette with coffee maker and milder frother for cappuccino! "Lovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay."
