"Staff were super lovely and the roof view was stunning. Unfortunately I didn’t check when we had planned to arrive that Vivid would be on so we were stuck carrying our suitcases around while trying to locate the hotel. Roads were closed so our Uber couldn’t get us close by. Lucky the staff were able to direct us to the hotel. Worth the night stay"

"The hotel has a great location next to Circular Quay, convenient for trains, trams and ferries. The bus to Bondi (333) is virtually outside the hotel! All The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a real feature with lots of options, and the fruit and omelettes were fabulous! The bar on floor 31 offers spectacular views over the harbour, very Instagramable! I will definitely stay here on my next visit next year!"

"Once again, we had a delightful stay. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and we were surprised to receive some very yummy cake and a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. The staff are absolutely outstanding, extremely pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The room was excellent, with a surprise view of the Harbour Bridge, even though it was one of the cheaper options! I can't fault the hotel, worth every cent:)"
