"We recently stayed at the Wyndham Costa del Sol and overall had a comfortable experience. The room itself was great — clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a large bed, TV, balcony, washing machine, and kitchenette. The sea view we requested was also provided, which we appreciated. However, the kitchenette was quite limited in terms of equipment, making it difficult to cook properly during our stay. One downside was that our accommodation required climbing three flights of stairs with heavy suitcases, which wasn’t ideal after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have easier access, especially for tired guests or those with mobility concerns. The resort itself has a nice, peaceful atmosphere and offers that relaxing “resort feel.” However, it is very large, so having a car is almost essential to get around conveniently. There is a small resort train/shuttle service that goes around the complex, but we found it extremely slow — it can take close to an hour just to get around the resort — so personally, I wouldn’t recommend relying on it. We also found it confusing on arrival, as the reception was located separately from our accommodation, and we initially struggled to find it. Parts of the resort also feel quite outdated and could benefit from refurbishment. The check-in and check-out times were another frustration. Check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am felt restrictive, particularly since the pool closes at 6pm and many amenities shut early. By the time we checke"

"Location, location.. This property checks all of the boxes from check in to check out…. Located within a short walk to sea and its wonderful boardwalk we enjoyed walking everyday, along with lunch and beverage at one of the local chiringuitos. Everything is within walking distance, & local transportation is close by as well eliminating the need for a car, however ample parking on street if one was chosen ; a well stocked grocery store across the street was a nice plus. Although we did not golf on this vacation, there are several golf courses in the vacinity .. From the time we booked John was very helpful and responded to any pre-vacation questions we had. At arrival, he met us at the property to give us the lay of the land along with a lovely couple of bottles of wine and water. During our holiday, he and Brian were always ready to help with any questions we had. The condo, has all the amenities one needs on holiday, a nicely appointed kitchen, large outdoor deck, great wifi service and if so chosen, a smart tv. There is also a lovely pool however we never used it favouring the sea view. Check out was also seamless. Overall the condo is a great place to stay, for a reasonably priced, relaxing winter getaway! "We stayed in this apartment in October 2025 for 6 days. To say we were very disappointed is an understatement. We arrived late evening to find dirty bedding and dirty towels dumped on the sofa from the previous guests, no beds made, blood stains on one bed, no pillow or mattress protectors on any of the beds. Pillows looked and felt like they were filled with cotton wool balls and the apartment had not been cleaned. ( we were refunded the cleaning fee).It was brought to our attention the apartment had an ' ant infestation'. There were ants crawling on the beds, sofa, worktops, cooker, cupboards etc. Although the Host denies this we have photographic evidence. This resulted in numerous ant bites.shower over flows onto the bathroom floor when in use. Some rules for the apartment are not noted on the VRBO site ie not allowed to wear high heels in the apartment, music channel on the tv has a child lock on it, only allowed to use air conditioning if absolutely necessary, limit time of use. Host was very unhelpful when we made them aware of their ' ant infestation'. At times ignoring messages or responding to messages with a " thumbs up' emoji!! Host also refused any other form of a refund. We feel it is only fair that any ' future guests ' are made aware of the true situation regarding this property. "
