"The staff is very friendly. We arrived early in a rainy day. Luckily the staff allowed us to check in early. The hot spa is excellent. One minus is the TV connection is not very stable. It probably may be affected by the stormy weather! "

"We are so glad we chose The Bergson for our stay in Calistoga, so near the action of the hot springs and restaurants. The establishment is a quaint country inn, thoroughly modernized and comfortable. We felt away from it all in our private room. The staff even heated up our space ahead of our arrival so that when we came in out of the rain, we felt welcome. And they delivered our chosen breakfast to our door in the morning! "This was a lovely hotel with very nice, attentive and welcoming staff. Excellent location, with very nice amenities. Mineral hot tub, heated pool, and clean and comfortable rooms. Added bonus that they bring you fresh coffee & breakfast breads in the morning. Everyone from the front desk to the grounds keepers were super friendly. Definitely recommend & will return."
