"Upon entering hotel horrible odor all through hallways. Room didn’t smell. When. Checking in with as told no tv and no hot water. Also observed pool was closed. Was told beds was comfortable. They were not and very thinn little blankets. "

"Easy Check-In, relatively clean room, consistent housekeeping. Area nearby wasn't the prettiest but a short walk from downtown Des Moines. Parking lot was under construction and inconvenient"

The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the lobby and bar area are very modern and charming. Highly recommended! "
