"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"Homey place and staff were accommodating. Close to downtown Canmore and you can walk so a good location. Quiet at night. We would stay there again."

"The Jasper Inn & Suites is in a great location at the end of the area of shop’s & restaurants. Our room was lovely and clean with plenty of towels and the bed was really comfy. We had a good supply of coffees and teas and the full kitchen made it easy to cook if you wanted to. The only downside of the room was it was very dark as the kitchen & all furniture is dark wood & black. The pool and hot tub area are in need of some updating, but still a nice way to relax. We had the buffet breakfast on one of our days stay, which was ok but limited."

"Staff were very friendly. The amenities include a pool steam room and bikes plus free voucher to use their public transportation in Banff. Parking was about $15 a day but they didn’t tell you or I missed it on Expedia is. The resort fee is $20 a day plus local tax at 5%. (All CAD) The room was quiet, clean, but was comfortable. However, it is in desperate need of an upgrade in the bathroom. We had the loft style studio and the layout on the first floor is very cramped. Couch is tiny uncomfortable. The coffee maker is in an awkward location in the shower. Bathroom is very small. Now I wouldn’t be giving this a mid review if it didn’t cost $400 USD per night, but I don’t think the quality of this hotel aligns with that cost. However, it was a holiday weekend so here we are, they can charge what they want."

"We arrived kind of late and stayed for one night so we didn't get to use the amenities like the pool or mini golf. The food at the restaurant was good but pricey and the room was nice and comfortable enough for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, but be aware there is a resort fee and some extra costs not mentioned, The best part was that the pick up by Fairview Limousine and Shuttle Services was right on the property to take us to Lake Moraine in the morning -- very convenient!"
