"The shuttle service they offer is was unreliable getting picked up from the airport (45-50 minute wait) and then upon getting to the hotel we were cut off mid check in by some lady who clearly was distressed and seemed to be on something, yelling profanities and stomping around the lobby saying she lost her phone. She was not a guest there but was in communication with the staff, and we ran into her multiple times throughout our stay. Very unprofessional in my opinion. After we finally were able to check in (they told us the day before early check in would be available, when we arrived it wasn’t and we had to wait even longer after waiting for the shuttle for 45-50 minutes in the cold) we had some difficulties because the room was incorrect and we had to go get the key sorted, which then turned out to be the key to a room that wasn’t even clean so we had to go back down to the lobby a third time to get it fixed. We were left stranded at the train station for almost an hour on Saturday night waiting for the shuttle to get us (we didn’t get pick up till almost MIDNIGHT, and we watched them drive right by after calling to request) and then in the morning we were supposed to have a shuttle back to the airport at 4AM for our 530 flight. The driver walked by without saying anything to us and wasn’t leaving on time so we ended up getting an Uber last minute to get us there on time. Overall it was just a lot of inconsistencies and not something I want to deal with in the future."

"Parking lot seemed comfortable and safe. We weren't there for breakfast our flight was early. Staff was friendly, they provided information about taxi service. We used Lyft which was amazing and prompt. The property was so clean it amazed me, I'm very picky, and i check everything, white glove check, i have health conditions and expect to be in clean buildings and rooms. Even the inside of the lamps were dust free as where the accent lights in the lobby and halls. We used the pool which to me was a little yuck not clean wise but it was very salty, heavy water, small pool very shallow good for snaller kids just under 5 ft deep but it was made of sharp concrete that rubbed hard on my feet and hands "

"TMH, a boutique hotel, has delicious fresh fruit cups at breakfast along with yogurt, cereal, and baked goods. Simple, yet something for everyone. The high ceilings added to the experience, as did the friendly staff. "

"Our family came to Boston from Arizona for my son's graduation. We had a lot of moving parts and used public transportation to get around. We were on a very tight timeline and asked Katelyn for an early check in. Once she found out it was for my son's graduation, she knew this was an important milestone and did her best to accomodate us. She was so helpful and friendly. I made a point to stop by and meet her in person to say thank you. She is a rockstar!"
