My stay got off to a bad start and never really recovered. At check-in, the front desk staff made it feel like I wasn’t welcome — no warmth, no courtesy, just a cold, dismissive attitude that set a poor tone for the entire visit.
The room itself was okay — clean and comfortable enough — but very dimly lit. The lighting made the space feel gloomy and far less inviting than it should have been.
Checkout was more efficient and polite, which I appreciated, but by then the damage had been done. Sadly, I can’t recommend this hotel. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and this place missed the mark entirely
