"What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower."

"There’s one time I ran out of water while i was taking a shower, I had to finish using my bottled water in the fridge for which I was charged for consuming. "

"This is an excellent hotel. The locality is excellent some lovely restaurants and vibrant bars. I had some concerns regarding the safety but I was pleasantly surprised. The obvious measures to prevent theft and mugging is more than sufficient. The spa was a relaxing experience. If you can make it to the Yoga session in Saturday morning, I would recommend it"

"I needed a place for the night and this served well. The breakfast was great. Only negative remark would’ve that there was no towel in the room. Otherwise definitely a place I’d pick again"

"The hotel is very nice and lovely views and our room was incredible. The only downside is that the bar and restaurant were closed which we were not aware of beforehand so had to travel out of the area for food and drinks. "

"The room was mostly clean. However, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and on tile grout. Baseboards were coming loose from the wall. There was a dingy smell in the poorly lit hallway."

"The staff were very friendly and courteous. The area of the resort was Sant Teresa which is an artsy area and easy to get around. Transportation is very easy to get around with uber and trolly. "
